The name isn’t the same on this place. But I think they are expensive and they can’t even make good coffee on any.

I asked for a Cuban sandwich but at the end, what they sold me was an old and tasteless ham and cheese with a tomato slice sandwich. Please at least google it, you are located in the core center of Hialeah, a Cuban sandwich has Cuban bread, pickles, mustard, ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, put it in a sandwich heat press and cut it diagonally, I have to cut it myself at the office. Bad bad bad too bad

Coffee is good but service is terrible. They are worse than a Starbucks in a morning rush. They treat you like you are a bother and if you have a problem, too bad. I have a nut allergy and asked if this cake had nuts. She said she doesn’t know. So I took a tiny bite and it was indeed walnuts. I went back up and she said I ate it so I would have to pay for a new slice. Really? When I explained I took a mini bite and showed her, she got an attitude and said “Well, listen to me” as if I was a child. Then I requested her supervisor and she called him on the phone. She proceeded to speak in Spanish to the supervisor on the phone and eventually exchanged my cake slice. Used to come here all the time by myself and my friends. Not anymore.

The service is terrible. The girl with the flower tattoos on her arm is the slowest human I have every seen. Took 25 minutes to heat up some Pan De Bonos. After waiting 25 minutes she hads them to me in a bag. I take them to my boyfriend he opens the bag and they were completely burned. I’m talking about BLACK!! I go back and tell the girl to change them she looks at me straight in the face and tells me I’ll change them but they’ll come out the same….. if you don’t know how to heat up food maybe you should work at a place where heating up food is in your job description. She told me if you don’t want them burnt you can take them frozen and put them in the bag and handed them to me frozen. My question is why is she working there? I’m sure finding someone with common sense isn’t too difficult. I think a normal person would have thought twice before putting burned bread in a bag.
