They are probably the worst ever when it comes to time frames. They don’t like to answer the phones. They take week long vacations and don’t submit applications in on time. If you’re trying to get a permit or a license grom this place I strongly recommend you try another county because you’ll be waiting for months. Their staff is very unprofessional. The supervisors are never there always on vacation. They don’t do work there. My whole entire experience with these people has just been a headache and I can’t wait til I’m done dealing with them. I’m writing this review so people who need to get there license in a timely manner won’t go here. When I first got my license I was unaware of how horrible this office was. Until my boss and other co-workers informed me that the people at this location will leave paperwork on the desk for weeks at a time wothout touching it and when they do finish your paperwork they take just as long to mail it to you or call you to pick it up. Most of the time your finished paperwork is on the desk just waiting to be mailed to you. A lot of people trying to get their licenses end up waiting way way longer than 45 days. When they say the process will take 45 days they probably meant to say 3 or 4 months which is between 90 and 120 days for them to get your license to you. So I would highly, highly recommend you go somewhere else because if you have a job that needs the license as soon as possible they don’t follow the standard. They fall extremely below that. And if you try to call in to complain and write a report they just ignore you. So once you pay that money you’re basically stuck up waiting until they feel good and darn ready to process your paperwork. So highly recommend another place. Supervisors been on vacation for the pass two weeks. Just a horrible nightmarish experience. So when It’s time to renew my license I’ll be going to a different county to do it because these people don’t do anything with a sense of urgency.
