They advertised daily housekeeping and hot breakfast during booking, however upon arrival I was informed there would be no daily housekeeping and breakfast would not be included, due to COVID-19. Certainly would have booked elsewhere and canceled my reservation had I not been exhausted and ready for a bath and the bed. Extremely disappointed.

AMAZING SPOT! Sheila was wonderful
From the moment I called to secure my
Extremely last minute reservation for 2 nights, she was helpful and attentive. On Check in she made sure we had all that we needed. The hotel was clean and quiet. It’s near EVERYTHING YOU NEED , tucked right between two main roads but deep enough that you don’t hear traffic. Love this spot! Will be staying here more often.

The receptionist at the front desk (Sheila) was so refreshingly pleasant! We got back from our cruise at 9am and she made sure to put us in a room as soon as possible. She was so polite and the definition of “perfect customer service”!

My group checked into our hotel room on Thursday afternoon. We got in our rooms dropped off our bags and went out for dinner. When we came back we realized our room was dirty. There were little tiny bugs on the counter, hairs on our towels and a few stains on our comforter. Due to a long day of travel and that it was very late in the night we decided to tell the front staff the following day. The next day when we told the lady at the front desk (who was very nice) what we found we were told that the manager wouldn’t be back until 9am the next morning and we’d have to speak with her about the situation then. So now going on day 3 (it is Saturday) after our breakfast we went to the desk and asked for the manager. We were told to come back later because the manager wasn’t coming in until the afternoon. After going to a wedding we arrived back at the hotel around 5pm we explained the situation to the manager and our rooms were changed. We were also told we’d be compensated for 1 day. We explained that we felt if we were being compensated it should’ve been for our first two days we spent before our rooms were changed on our third day. We were told that because of a “policy” we would only be refunded for one. Confused we asked more information on “this policy” and no description could be given. We were then given the general managers contact information and told “because it’s the weekend we would not hear from her until Monday (we’d already be checked out by this time) and that nothing could be done for now”. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.

Update: it is now Monday 12/30/2019 it’s our check out day and yesterday (Sunday) we had to switch rooms AGAIN because the carpet was soaking wet and the room smelt like mildew. There were also stains in those sheets as well. We let the desk know and that’s when they switched our rooms. We wanted to talk the other general manager because I this point we only spent one night in the final room and they only want to refund us for 2 nights. When we’ve spent 3 days and 3 nights in 2 other rooms. And the first manager we spoke to had an attitude. I feel like we deserved an entire refund because our stay consisted of nothing but problems.
