Called and checked on the website operating hours say 11am -4pm…. drove 25miles to get to a closed shop so dont waste your time!!!

No customer service skills. Overpriced

This store is one of my favorite stores not only because it how amazing the customer service is but also because of the variety of products and supplies the store has. I have a blast every time I shop there the girls Karen and Paola are amazing they are super attentive and sweet with me all the time love the way they treat customers.

I recommend anyone to go shop there they will have a blast.

Cakes Supplies Depot is an amazing store. The best store I ever been too that sales supplies for cakes. The owner Ruthy is really nice and kind and supper informative. Her employees Karen and Paola they are so nice they welcomed me with a smile when I went to visit last week. Theya are super amazing there, I recommend anyone who wants to learn how to decorate cakes and bake cakes to go and take their classes. Over all experience I had the best experience of my life thanks to Karen and Paola who I had the chance to speak with and help me with my concerns.

Had an amazing visit today, amazing customer service it has improved since the last time I came in the new girl I recall her name is Karen she’s really nice and she’s has a great attitude love that. The store over all as a lot of supplies, tools for cakes and board and so much more they have a variety of things I’ll recommend this store 100% to go and shop if your a baker and cake decorator. Over all experience I had a blast today love it hope to come to the classes soon to learn more on how to decorate cakes.
