I worked for Javier Parra for a month cleaning a restauraunt, he said i had to wait 4 weeks to get paid, I waited for 4 weeks and then he said I needed a cleaning company in order for him to pay me. So I told his assistant to pay me through her company, he was fine with that and after 4 1/2 weeks he said he deposited it to her company. Yet, she told me she didn’t get any money. So I called both of them on a three way call and his assistant said that she paid other workers with my money while Parra stated that he told her that that money was for me. This was 6 months ago and I am still not paid. He blocked my number since then. Please, restauraunt owners, potential workers or anyone don’t work with this thief. He works with lies and doesn’t conduct a business properly. He will have unskilled and inexperienced workers clean your restauraunt and he doesn’t pay his workers much,if at all. Don’t support this monster. You are better off with any other restauraunt cleaning company. I have experience in restaurant cleaning for 3 years in total. I have never seen someone so manipulative and exploitive.
He employs illegals to exploit them and then doesn’t pay. This is not just me, I know others with experience with him as well, and everyone speaks ill of him. He owes me 1,700$ and my friend 400$ Keep yourself away from this guy And I hope this information is crucial for your benefit to anyone that is reading this.

I wish I could post a review of less than 1. Cleaning service is horrific, I own a restaurant and Javier and his team were working for me. After quite a few times complaining and issues not getting resolved, I had to walk away. They were using dirty water to clean the floors. My only regret is that I didn’t walk away sooner. Horrible service and ownership.
