Don Pan

This is the second time trying this restraunt but the first at this location and let me tell you, this one blows the socks off the one in plantation. My husband ordered the cuban sandwich (horrible at the other location) and was very pleased. I ordered an empanada and the chicken arepa don pan and it was pretty good. The chicken in the arepa was a little dry but the empanada was heavenly and the pastelitos were the bomb. We also ordered the Reina pepiada but was very mushy, not bad taste but the texture caught us a bit off guard. We tried the Golfredo today for the first time as well and was not impressed. We would probably order from here again, just try something else.

I love this place, I visit A few times a week,the pastries and empanadas are delicious. But they should serve some sugar free pastries, there are some seniors in the neighborhood who told me they are going to stop going in there, because they don’t have sugar free items, and a lot of them are diabetics.
Also please bring Marcela back, she is one of the best, sweet, nice, simple, employees there, she greets people with a smile on her face., why did they let her go? Plus, she makes the best coffee.. please bring her back.

Love, love, love this place. Everything is sooo good, and the staff is very friendly. They are usually very busy, which is a reflection of how good they are. Highly recommended.

The food here is fresh and taste excellent. The place is very clean and organized. The employees are friendly and respectful. Not much english speakers to know or take your order but as long as you point on what you need then you will be fine. There is no sugar free or low sugared items here when i ask so tread lightly if you are diabetic or pre. It’s a very nice setting/atmosphere you can sit and clear your head, meditate, or enjoy you.

Not a fan of steak and try avoiding it especially for breakfast. BUT DAMN, my whole meal, and the ham and cheese pastry were so good! So good I had to get a guava and cheese too. Great job guys, I appreciate someone taking a passion cooking. Love it !
