Great find! I never knew this place existed, due to its location in the mall, until another jeweler referred me there! The owners are terrific and go out of their way to help. Their prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, they do great work. I highly recommend them!

They do top quality work. This time I only needed my jewelry cleaned but in the past they’ve also repaired my jewelry and done an amazing job. I also think their prices are very reasonable.

I bought a necklace for my daughter online and when it cam to me it was broken. The item was unable to be replaced by the seller in time for her birthday so I went looking for someone to repair it. After 3 different jewelers laughed me out the door, I found Dougall’s…2 hours and ONLY $10.00 later, IT WAS FIXED PERFECTLY. You have a new customer for life. Thank you for being you!
