I have been going to Debra for over 4 years. I waited this long to post a review because I wanted my ratings to be based on objectivity. Debra is kind and caring. She makes her clients feel at ease. Her prices are one of the lowest in the area. She will try different techniques in order to find the one that brings you the best results. I am very pleased with her. Thanks Debbie!

Debra is great. Keeps to her schedule and runs a dyamight business

This lady is a true diamond in the rough. My daughter loves her she makes her feel comfortable. It’s like she is family. The sessions are timed but she goes way beyond the timer. She is awesome A diamond in the rough!!

I had been going to Debra for a couple of months and she was doing a good job, but she could really work on her attitude and tone. That would probably help her with customer retention, of which I don’t think she cares. I’ve had 2 instances where Debra basically showed me that she did not care if I kept coming to her because I tried to reschedule 2 appointments because my work schedule changed last minute. She bluntly texted me “No more booking in advance. If you want an appointment call me day before”. I tried to tell her that would most likely mean that she would be booked and will not be able to see me. She said that she is firm on her decision. To me, this is a way of telling me that you do not want to provide me any more of your services.
Prior to that, I had referred a friend to Debra and she told my friend she does not have time for new appointments and that she would have to wait a couple of months because she is extremely busy/booked.
Her attitude will kill her business if she does not change/improve it.

Called Debra to get info on her services based on our conversation I did not feel comfortable she kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain my facial hair situation. She also kept telling me how busy she was, how many appointments she had and so forth. As a person trying to get electrolysis for the first time she did not leave a good impression.
