I showed up for my 11am appointment today and the place was closed. Nobody has reached out. I called 20 times, emailed, contacted other locations and wrote to them on Instagram. Not sure why they would schedule people and not tell them.

I loved the costumer service! The girls are extremely nice and friendly. The massage was great! I didn’t expect the warm bed, it was a big plus. I will definitely come back because I became a member.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a Hot Stone Massage for my birthday. From the minute I walked in the door the staff were friendly and chatty. Very welcoming.
I had a Himilyan Stone massage which was wonderful. I asked for a firm pressure and it was spot on. I thought 80 mins would be far too long but no I could have had more. Very relaxing and refreshing.
I actually bought the membership deal – that shows how much I thought of the service

My first experience here was about 1 month ago where I signed up for the monthly package where you pay $59.99 for either a facial or a full body massage. The facial preformed on my first session was amazing.
When I went for my second appointment, another facial, where I was looking forward to receiving because of the excellent job that was done the first time. However when it came time to pay, I was super confused on how I went from $59 to $90. I was expecting to pay $59.99. I never agreed or consented to having some extra service aka “detoxifying mask” performed. My service provider never said “hey I’m going to be performing this extra service and this is how much it will be, would you like to proceed?” If my service provider would have told me that then maybe I would have reconsidered it. However I deceived and really bothered me. Where things take a turn is this next portion of this review.
I talked to the manager that was on duty and they said okay your total today will be a total of $59.99 (see picture). I said okay that’s fine I got my receipt and I walked out of the store. About 30 minutes later when I’m at home I receive a notification from my bank saying another charge of $30 (see attached picture) was made on my card. The fact that I was lied to in front of my face saying I would only pay $59 rather than telling me your total today will be $90, is what really has me upset.
I have since gone to cancel the “supposed $59” monthly membership fee and I will never return. I hope customers who read this do not have the same experience that I had.
If it wasn’t for a notifications when charges are made to my credit card I would have never known because they waited untill I left, to charge my card again. Instead they could have done it when I was inside the store or you told me straight up, this is what you’re going to pay.
