Appointment for Sunday 06/21/2020 @ 9:00 am was scheduled over the phone with this business on Thursday 06/18/2020. We wish we would have gotten the name of the female employee that we spoke to. Walked our dog approximately one mile to the business at scheduled time. Immediately noticed that there were no vehicles in the parking lot. Approached the door to the business, which was locked. No one was inside and lights were shut off. Called business and only got a ring tone. No voicemail option. Walked around to the back of the business and there were no vehicles. Door was locked and there was no answer.

The Golden Rule of running any successful business is customer service and reliability. If a business is not responsible enough to simply follow through with showing up for an appointment or better yet contacting customers when they are late or need to reschedule than more than likely this is indicative of the quality of work they will perform.

Fortunately there are other dog grooming businesses that will be happy to fulfill their appointment obligations.

This place was amazing!!! Dani was a sweetheart and my pup loved her!!! I was completely shocked by his behavior vs when he goes to pet smart completely different dog! I will only be using Dani from now on even the prices were better

They treat my doggies very well, do a good job grooming and are reasonably priced. I leave a voice mail and get a prompt call back to schedule my appointment. Super friendly, personalized service!

Dani has been grooming my dog Precious for over 6 years now and she does an amazing job! I am happy to know that she has opened her own establishment. She truly cares about the animals she grooms! Trust her with your family pet, too!
