Ilene is amazing at laser hair removal. Each time I go I have nothing to worry about she makes me feel comfortable and I don’t worry about the pain as much. She is awesome

Would give them a negative 5 if possible.
They robbed me. They bait and switched. Not fulfilling what was promised despite me shelling out a LOT of money. I should have known when they couldn’t keep staff at this location. Never saw the same person and when you’d ask to be booked with the same person the answer always was, “They dont work here anymore.”
There are too many quality med spas out there that know how to treat customers. Glad to not go there again or pay above average prices again!!!

My experience with the young woman who called me was wonderful just wonderful. BUT the price flipped me out especially that I am on Social Security every month so I will have to look for something less expensive for myself right now. She was a real sweetheart though.

Got lip injections done today. Absolutely love the outcome. Super nice staff, they made sure I was ok the whole time, they worked super fast and efficiently. Also it goes without saying that Christina at the front desk was absolutely amazing and so sweet. Definitely will be going back if I decide to do more.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The environment is clean. My overall experience with the procedure was wonderful. The nurses provided me with all the information prior and step by step to calm my nerves. I’d refer all my friends to this location.
