Charline whatever her name is is very unprofessional…she rescheduled my appointment not knowing that I have an appointment on a day I book with them online and then change my appointment to the next day in the morning. She showed up a whole hour and half late to her own appointment with a client. Don’t come here …they don’t deserve it. Very Unprofessional!!!

Braids are too tight. The customer service could be much better
Most or the girls there is not all are Haitian so you speak creole all day long. Hairstyle posted online vs what they give you are inconsistent.

Great customer service from beginning to end! Easy to make an appointment. Got in and out. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Great customer service and my hair looks great!
