One star because the receptionist was very nice and my nails look good. BUT the technician who took care of my friend and I, didn’t care for customer satisfaction. I’m a barber so I understand about customer service and the service he gave me was literally terrible. My nails are nice, I’ll give him that but he was rude the whole time and didn’t even make sure to check to see if my nails had dried. To be honest, it’s more than how the nails look. Customer service is important. So besides the receptionist, you guys need to talk to your technicians about that. (Look at that response. A person who actually cares for customer service would respond better just saying. I never make my clients feel like they’re in the wrong. Instead of assuming they should know, I teach them.) Terrible ☹️ I hope you guys actually change your attitudes.

The place is very nice and super clean, you really feel relaxed. Linda gives you the best pedicure and Johnny is oustanding. The best part is that you don’t have to expend hours and hours to have a pedicure and manicure, they are fast and good. Incredible collection of colours. Last time I tried another lady for pedicure and was horrible. I will keep asking for Linda. Good job!

Great place! The prices are amazing. You can do so much while you are here. They do amazing massages, mani and pedi.I had the technician Mimi she did my gel mani/pedi and my brows. They are very clean and organized. I will be back with my Mom and sister for more!
