Frequent customer, mostly because i work in the plaza but i have always liked the employees. They never have me waiting too long, im always comfortable & they’re a good conversation. Will do my best to save my services for Nova Nails.

Rushed through my mani/ pedi. Didn’t cut the cuticles of my mothers hands although she wanted it. Massage was 30 seconds. It wasn’t busy at all; not sure of why they rushed. They do not properly wash the bowls everyone hands go in (just rinse it out with water).
