PARLOUR VEGAN BAKERY®

I personally love the food. To me it is worth it to splurge and treat myself with yummy vegan treats. But I have never received worse service and attitude in my life. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my mediocre, COLD sandwich. I love supporting this business but I have been treated badly one too many times. They lost a loyal customer with their bad attitude!

I came here to get cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday and they were great ! Will definitely come back for my sweets !

Parlour bakery has many items for a small vegan bakery and the staff is very friendly. On the other hand, my empanadas I ordered were very overpriced at $4.50 each, I ordered 8, and they were all cold when I ate them with my family right after walking out. None of the prices are listed except for coffee, and everything is expensive. I will not be coming back.

We ordered vegan hotdogs online at noon …for lunch… and then waited in line for almost an hour just to be told our order wouldn’t be ready until 4:50pm! The lady was not nice at all and refused to refund us. Now we are in line again and have been waiting the second time for OVER AN HOUR. I feel like we are being HELD HOSTAGE. It’s almost worth it to abandon the $35 and leave without our food, and cut our losses. I have been here many times and love the concept but can’t justify giving more than 1 star with how terrible this experience has been. And to not give refunds is just all around terrible customer service.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. I truly enjoyed the pizza roll and the cinnamon roll. The donuts 🍩 were ok, it was more of a donut shaped cupcake than an actual donut. The cookies were nice as well. I most definitely want to come back and enjoy it once more!
