my brother benjamin Harris use one of your atm. he deposit a western union money order the sum of $1400. the atm accepted the money order successfully without giving him a receipt. now we noticed that the money order was cashed after couple of days. now the money was not sent into his account. are they trying to rip him up or what? i need explanation on that. he tried to call you people several times, you people do ask for information from him but nothing is done about it..

For the First time today, I went to Priority One Credit Union in Sunrise, to deposit cash. I am a Member of Baxter Credit Union, not in this area, and was told I may deposit in a shared branch.

I only had the use of one hand, since I recently had surgery. The teller I went to was very rude, when I told her it was my first time and asked if she could explain to me what she needed. She proceeded to ask for my account number, which I gave her. She then told me it was too long. I told her this is what I have as an account number. I then walked away from this rude lady, and asked another person in the bank to help me.

When I was receiving the assistance from this other person, the Bank Manager rudely entered the office and asked me to leave and go to waiting area, after I already started in waiting area. I asked her for help carrying the items I had removed from my purse to identify myself. She replied, “help with what?” I told her to open her eyes, and I would definitely make sure others new how rude she was. She then proceeded to help me until I got what I needed and walked away.

You can only make one first impression, and I will NEVER to back to this branch Of Priority Credit Union. It is pathetic to see how rude and arrogant the bank Manager is.
Not sure if other Branches are like this, but stay away from Sunrise Priority One Credit Union.

Change all my banking needs to priority one , try several places to get a debt consolidation loan with other banks even on my own Bank of America and was denied , Priority one approved $25 K with out any problems . So Bank of America god bye !! Everybody is paid off everybody is happy .

I gotta say this place is wonderful, I work with the office in Coral Springs and, all of them with no exception are awesome. I recently did a lease buy out with Ceci and she was so professional and efficient that made the process so smooth that I was able to close my loan same day. No stress, no extremely complicated procedures, very accessible and very easy credit union to work with, you really feel valued. Love the family atmosphere the have in this office. I recommend it!

Victoria closed our loan. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. What a true asset. She gave me her business card and walked us to the door after closing we felt so welcome. I will be telling my friends and family to come see her next time they are looking for a car loan. I was very impressed with the customer service 100%.
