Rack Room Shoes

The staff was super helpful, visited the store On Black Friday and it was not busy at all. I was in and out in no time. They have a great selection of sneakers for kids and adults.

The store was well managed. I loved the greeting by a team lead name Deandre. He showered me with a greeting the moment I walked in the store. Then he helped me and my husband with a pair of slippers. He went beyond what most will do. The young lady that was there checking us out was very professional. She engaged in conversation with us about our trip, she helped do a order for us even though we was going out of town. I commend Deandre and I believe her name was Melanie. Two young people who Do their job to the T. We are definitely coming back there and just may consider asking for them two for assistance. Thank you RRS.

Robert. That is the only name you need to know. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. When you are checking out and the customer ahead of you tells the manager, “you need more employees like him”, pointing back at Robert, you know you have been treated well! Everyone in the store was nice and helpful, but Robert will be the “sole” reason for my next stop for shoes (no pun intended)!

The older gentleman who works there I believe he is a preacher,omg he is so helpful n knowledgeable about shoes
