It works 95% of the time but sometimes it’s down. Also, the choices could be better.

I rented a movie while traveling out of town. A week later I noticed I was charged almost $35 for a movie I never heard of or rented. I was 250 miles away from the location where that movie was rented! When I called Redbox to dispute the charge, the rep said there was nothing they could do about it and told me to keep the movie and try to dispute the amount with my bank. How can I keep a movie I never rented and why does my bank have to deal with the charge? Come to find out, My bank card info had been stolen but I had no problems with anything else being charged. Highly recommend getting a receipt and email confirmation if renting with red box!
