I enjoyed having Lam for my mani/pedi! It was clear he pays attention to detail and my nails turned out great. Also, he was friendly and easy to talk! Ritz itself is a well kept and clean establishment.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! With everything going on during Covid I’ve been nervous about going out to salons, but they made it a great experience. Everyone is wearing masks, checking temperatures at the door, opening doors for you, making you wash your hands before you touch anything. Very clean environment. Cindy did my pedicure and she was just so sweet! I had been growing out my brows and saw another girl get a brow tint so I had Cindy do a wax and tint for me and wow did she bring my brows back to life! LOL Definitely going to be going to this salon whenever I am in town! Beautiful salon and great services that weren’t overpriced!

Love how my nails last me so long without breaking. They have so many colors of dip to choose from and I have had my nails done by several techs and they have all done a great job! Kay does great nail art! Jack is also great!

If you want your cuticles to be sore, bloody, and damaged then this is the perfect place for you. My fingers have been in so much pain the past few days. While doing my nails, the tech used the machine over my cuticles and I pulled back my hand because it hurt and told her to be more careful and she still kept running them over with the machine. At the end, a few of my fingers were bleeding and she didn’t even say sorry just put some sort of aloe gel on those fingers like this is normal to her. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
