Customer service was excellent and floral arrangements were very beautiful. Services were very prompt, same day service. Delivery person also very professional when bring the flowers. My flowers are still standing strong.

I ordered online the morning of Valentine’s Day, so I called them to make sure it would arrive by 4:00pm. They said they will do their best. I said I need to CANCEL the order due to it could not be guaranteed to be there in time. Wife walked into the office Monday morning with flowers on her desk. A little late on Monday Rico Flower Shop!

By the way I was still charged $70 for the order that I canceled directly over the phone, so being the order was canceled I made other arrangements and paid almost double because they still charged me!

Delivery was incredibly fast. The florists choice deluxe bouquet was amazing and so beautiful. My house smelled wonderful for a week! Great job Rocio!
