I actually really enjoy this hotel but for some reason today the customer service was less than poor, I made a reservation online, I called to verify, I called ten minutes later because I had a question, no answer for at least ten to twenty minutes, I even had to get Travelocity involved since there was no answer. They finally answer, I ask about the lack of response from the hotel where my reservation is and if I can confirm my reservation, the rep says “ok” and then puts me on hold for ten minutes which I used that time to write this reservation, she literally just confirmed my reservation as I was finishing this review. As often as I come to this property, and even though I know West Indian women can get in their moods, don’t give me and attitude when I’m a paying customer; that’s crazy to me.

This hotel was the worst. First off the staff is careless and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if you could get in free. The doors look like they could easily be broken into, even with the keypad. The refrigerator sits on an outdated carpet & has live roaches crawling around it. The room smells like cigarettes. The shower is moldy and also has live bugs (beetles and roaches). The beds have stains in it (looks like pee) you can tell they DO NOT wash the sheets. I did not choose this place, my friends mother did. As soon as we got in there and witnessed all of that we booked Sheraton hotel down the street. Do not let the good price or pictures fool you at this nasty dump.

Can I give it no stars?
This place was horrible, I let my girlfriend pick the hotel since we were looking for something affordable and decent. I know you get what you pay for but WOW! Was the staff very rude and horrible. The staff was constantly acting like we were an annoyance and kept rolling their eyes at me and other guests. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and there were so many guests smoking weed outside. It felt like a Motel but I think even Motels have a little more decency. There were so many dogs in the rooms and we kept waking up itchy from sleeping in the beds… Our A/C was broken and no-one bothered fixing it. We checked out a night early and they didn’t care to give me a refund for the unused night.
We found a better place for just about the same price where it seems to actually be a Hotel.

I’m not one to write reviews but this one deserves a review. I’m giving you guys this one star because your receptionist was very pleasant and warm. I stayed there just two weeks ago. When my step dad dropped us off at this place his first impression was that it was abandoned because of its appearance. Cigarette butts were lying around. The corridors were dirty and gave me the creeps. Our room felt dirty. It was funky. The carpet was sticky, yes I said STICKY!!! It was so dirty that the socks I was wearing got stained with dirt from walking around on the carpet. I know it’s cheap but I would rather pay a little extra next time and sleep somewhere where I felt comfortable and safe. The hotel has potential to be really nice, but to get there, it needs to be better maitained.

If I could give it a minus rating I would.first off you only get one towel yes that’s it,,i called down to ask for more and dude was like oh we are folding new one now lol which is a lie.
Then there was the parking lot, let’s just say you could get a contact high from walking to the hotel..the ac unit sounds like a lawn mower and the room could pass as a bombed out war shelter from the 1940s..besides all those great amenities there’s more..such as stained carpet ,off set toilet and a shower state of the art features which I’m sure the roaches use as a safe haven.sleep in your car or on the corner in the bushes ,it would be a better and more economical choice!
