Left a comment addressing our issues so that someone can help us out and they block whoever leaves anything negative on their page. MANAGEMENT, a word of advice.. maybe you should take the time addressing issues instead of ignoring them. I didn’t even want to leave a one star. Please check your messages instead of blocking.

DO NOT move in here. I have had the worst experience in this neighborhood. The office staff is very unprofessional and are only nice when you first walk in so they can make you sign that contract. You will regret it after you do. Mold throughout the whole entire house. Our neighbors had the same problem, they’ll come and just spray it and clean it: we had to leave two weeks early because we had a small baby and the mold was black and dangerous. Even in the vents. You’ll get your car towed constantly. There’s always little bugs that come into the first floors. I also did not feel safe here.. moved ASAP. Tried talking to office many times and they’ll brush you off.. a few people in the neighborhood left reviews and they deleted them from social media 😩 this is why they don’t have an option to leave any anymore or comments. Do not trust them.

Love my new home. Everyone has been helpful and my unit is well taken care of. My neighbors are great and everything I need is near by. We are very happy here.

The apartments themselves are generally pretty good. What makes this complex a one-star is management. Trash collection is a very serious problem at this property and management has neglected to take any action on it for over a year, as you can see in the pictures. Common area facilities, such as the tennis courts and pool, are not kept well. The involvement that we have had with the property manager has been limited, but she is rude and difficult every time we are forced to deal with her. With such a vast selection of housing to choose in the plantation area, I would steer clear of this property.
