The location off I75 and sheridan, with its drive thru service, was a life saver during the COVID19 shutdown

Today I ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frappe’s and both tasted terrible. They had no flavor at all, one tasted like just water and mocha and the other was bland with big chunks of ice. Both were not sweet at all. There were also horribly made. The first cup had so much whip cream at the bottom of the drink for no reason and the other had no whip cream at all. I am very disappointed and hopefully the store or company can reach out to me to refund me my money cause those drinks were not worth my credit.

Nice service; but their inability to make a Matcha Lemonade with a similar consistency each time is troubling.
Sometimes I’m drinking just Matcha. Sometimes it’s super heavy on the lemonade. Other times they’ve given me a Matcha Green Tea Latte which I never ask for so I’m left with the horrible taste of Matcha and Milk in my mouth.

My first time trying Starbucks I though that I didnt know what I wanted by the lady helped me though it and my drink was perfect

So it’s a Starbucks, beverages as expected with average quality pastries borderline fresh. Real issue is that menus no longer state sizes or prices per size but rather what seems to be an average price? Who knows. When asked about this usual menu information batista seemed irritated, reluctant to share and unsure of accurate pricing.
